Daniel Lampert, born 1968, grew up near Zurich. He completed his legal studies in 1994 at the University of Zurich with the Master of Law degree. 1998 — admission to the bar. 2011 — completion of Executive MBA in General Management at the University of St. Gallen (HSG).

Daniel Lampert first worked at the District Court of Zurich and then as attorney-at-law in a Zurich law firm. There he dealt mainly with corporate and contract issues and was engaged in family office services for ultra-high-net-worth individuals.

In 2000 he joined Credit Suisse. Initially, he worked with CS Trust, then in various UHNWI-Desks (CS Advisory Partners, CS Solution Partners) in Zurich and Hong Kong. As Senior Advisor he advised an international clientele in business succession planning, asset structuring and protection, privacy enhancement and relocation. He provided for tailor-made acquisition and holding company structures for entrepreneurs as well as institutional clients and facilitated M&A transactions as escrow agent.

He left Credit Suisse in 2009 to focus on advising entrepreneurs and family-run businesses as independent expert. In 2011 he established his own law firm - Lampert Attorneys-at-Law.

Daniel Lampert’s working languages are German and English. He also speaks French, Spanish and Russian. Daniel Lampert is married and has two children. He lives with his family by Zurich.
